About Our Business            

Ediger Real Estate & Auction offers full auction services with computerized clerking. Recently, Ediger Real Estate & Auction has expanded the service offered through our auction department.  We are now doing internet only sales, as well as live auctions with internet bidding.  If you are interested in learning more about these service, we would be happy to work for YOU!  Our company welcomes your consignments.

Our Real Estate department is eagerly taking listings for residential properties, commercial real estate, and land or farm ground.  If you are interested in listing your property, or scheduling a private showing of one of our listings, we would be happy to assist you!

Company Background

Kevin Ediger has a life long background in the auction business.  Being raised in a family with multiple auctioneers, he's had exposure to all aspects of what it takes to run a quality Auction Business.  After working as a clerk, a ringman, and set-up crew with his step-father's auction service, Kevin decided to go to Missouri Auction School.  There, he was able to learn more about the auction profession and to become a bid caller.  Kevin has been auctioning for the past 13 years.

In 2000, Kevin decided to get his real estate license.  This opened the door for many opportunities to help clients sell their homes, farms, and land via auction and private treaty.

Ediger Real Estate & Auction started in July, 2007, when Kevin decided to buy out the auction company where he worked for so many years.  The same experienced realtors continue to help Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs.

Kevin Ediger is a proud member of the Kansas Auctioneers Association and is currently serving on the Board.  At Ediger Real Estate & Auction, we value our customers and vow to conduct  business in accordance with the Code of Ethics adopted by the Kansas Auctioneers Association.
